Board Summarizes Activities in 2001 (May 3, 2002)
The Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board (Board) has released a report summarizing its major activities from January 1, 2001, to January 31, 2002. Report to the U.S. Congress and the Secretary of Energy also discusses issues related to the Board’s technical and scientific evaluation of the technical basis of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) work related to a Yucca Mountain site recommendation.
