On June 18, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board posted on its website (www.nwtrb.gov) a report to the U.S. Congress and the Secretary of Energy, entitled Geologic Repositories: Monitoring and Retrievability of Emplaced High-Level Radioactive Waste and Spent Nuclear Fuel.
