Transportation - Topic of Third Public Hearing (May 10, 1991)
The Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board's Panel on Transportation & Systems
(T&S Panel) will hold its third public hearing on transportation issues on August 15, 1991, in Denver, Colorado. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain the views of citizens who might be affected by the transportation of spent fuel and defense high-level waste should a permanent respository for such waste be built at the site under evaluation by the Department of Energy (DOE) at Yucca Mountain, Nevada.
